About the position
If you enjoy working with international customers during the sales process to ensure they understand the solutions our products provide, then we have a place for you as a Pre-Sales Engineer.

About your tasks
- Visiting of our key partners or customers providing training for sales and engineers,online or onsite is a basic task for you.
- Werely on you to help identify the business needs and technical expectations of our current and prospective customers and to thoroughly assess and understand their requirements.
- You’ll be responsible for preparing the necessary presentations and conducting evaluation demos, using first-hand information from our developers to ensure that our clients fully understand our technical solutions.
- As a bridge between a client and the developers, you will play a key role in communicating both sides of the plans and the expectations concerning our software.
- Building a trusting relationship with our clients is crucial. You will have all the tools at your disposal, from support, training, to professional consulting. Collecting client feedback and drawing conclusions from it will help you to contribute improving our products and communication with your suggestions.
- To provide our partners with the exceptional collaboration they expect from us,it’s essential to map out competitors' products, service features, pricing, andquality, as well as to create and maintain battle cards, and rely on yourproactive attitude during surveys.
About you
You have
- Technical education: degree in IT, engineering, or other technology-related fields.
- Professional experience: at least 3-5 years of experience in presales, IT system design, or implementation.
- Deep technical knowledge: in-depth understanding of various technologies and systems.
- Sales experience: building and maintaining customer relationships, presenting product demos, preparing proposals, and supporting negotiations.
Skills
- Clear communication: excellent presentation skills, able to communicate technical information clearly to both technical and business-oriented clients.
- Problem-solving: ability to identify customer needs and create customized technical solutions.
- Team work and collaboration: close collaboration with the sales and product teams to offer the best solutions to clients.
- Willingness to travel: meet customers and attend professional events if necessary.
