  • either read through the plugin documentations: help yourself by better learning our products 
  • or raise questions on Atlassian Answers: our add-on community may help you quickly
  • or submit your request via our Customer Portal: we are listening on this site and react fast.
  • or if you think your request is specific to you, you can also send us email directly to 

Support Hours

Our support service is available as follows:

  • Hungarian business days (holidays in Hungary)
  • Between 9 am - 5 pm in the CET/CEST timezone
  • In English or Hungarian

Service Level Agreement

We provide support for all our add-ons we publish in the Atlassian Marketplace. Once a request reaches us through either channels, you can expect that we start to make reasonable attempts to respond or solve you problems in two business days.
