#11 Hungarian Atlassian Meetup

Atlassian, AI, Jira

December 4, 2018

PROGRAM CHANGE!

Unfortunately, there were not enough applicants for the Bob Swift Competition, so the competition is cancelled. Instead, we brought 2 super good presentations and a little relaxed insight into the ranks of Atlassian. See below.

Program:

5:45 PM - 6:00 PM: Arrive, Registration

6:00 PM - 7:45 PM:

  • Intro + Atlassian APP WEEK experience report - Dániel Marczisovszky

*HOT Topics in the Atlassian Community Right Now - Tarun Sapra ATLASSIAN COMMUNITY CHAMPION, Ingenico (Netherlands) - LIVE PERFORMANCE IN ENGLISH

https://community.atlassian.com/t5/user/v2/viewprofilepage/user-id/781576/page/214

  • Networking break
  • How to classify 1000 JIRA requests per day with artificial intelligence - Géza Nagy, NI Hungary Kft. -LIVE PERFOMANCE IN HUNGARIAN - Is Skynet already in the pantry? Getting requests posted in JIRA to the right teams as soon as possible is vital to providing a high level of service. But how can we be efficient if our client is often not even sure what he wants to ask? Having an eligibility issue? Maybe some system error is making your life difficult? To decide this, a human was needed who could read the request and give the user a helping hand as to which team they were actually looking for. Could an artificial intelligence in 2018 be able to perform the same task? ? A story about how we put Skynet to work and use it to directly facilitate the work of 25 people by being able to classify up to 1000 incoming issues per day, even without human intervention.

7:45 PM - 8:00 PM: Feedback Session, Closure

8:00 PM - 9:00 PM: Open ending informal conversation combined with beer at Grund

We ask that you avoid open job advertisements and headhunting at the Hungarian Atlassian Meetup events.

Admission is free, food and non-alcoholic drinks are expected as usual.
The number of places is limited, so please register in time!
