#13 Hungarian Atlassian Meetup

Jira Service Desk, Atlassian, HÉROSZ Animal Shelter

November 14, 2019

💡 How does Richter Gedeon plan to create a unified corporate service culture with 6,000+ employees in addition to the autonomy of the departments? How can a consistent and connected system be created, taking into account the real needs of the stakeholders?

Program

📋 17:45-18:00 Arrival, Registration

📣18:00-18:15 Intro - Attila Gáspár

🦉 Inside: how we made the future of dogs, cats, owls and many other animals better with Jira Software as part of the "1 part for you" donation to the HÉROSZ Animal Shelter.

🕕 18:15-18:40 My blessing to him! Approvals in Jira on ServiceDesk from here and beyond

🧔 Speaker: Károly Békési, Meta-Inf Kft., Atlassian Professional
👉 It is common that someone's approval must be requested at certain points in our processes. What if you need a person's approval? What if it's three at the same time? What if half of 10 people only had to approve? How can voting be automated? What about the veto? And with automation according to different amount limits and topics? Jira Service Desk includes an Approval solution out-of-the-box. What should we do if we need approval in Basic or Software projects? Should we look for a "target tool" on the marketplace or create a unique solution with even a little scripting?

🕢 18:40-19:05 Jira Service Desk introduction - There is life beyond spreadsheets
👨 Lecturer: Róbert Kovács, Gedeon Richter Plc., Head of Strategy and Service Management Department
👉 We can gain insight into the digital transformation process of a large international company with 12,500+ employees. How does Richter Gedeon plan to develop a unified corporate service culture with 6,000+ employees while maintaining the autonomy of the departments? What does the vision contain, which is the basis of all decisions? We can get a glimpse of the solutions through the service interface of a specific department and the operation of the service team behind it.

19:05-19:30 Networking break

🕗19:30-20:15 Lecture and interactive debugging: Béla, what has actually been activated? The request to release concept answers what.
🧑 Speaker: Szabolcs Kakuk, Digital Transformation Enthusiast
👉 A development is usually dated from the start of coding to the release of the version. However, it actually starts with the formulation of the demand. Similarly, as if human life could date back to the idea of parents having children. :) How can you create a consistent and connected system, not isolated, taking into account the real needs of the stakeholders? How to plan in Jira by thinking in terms of processes? How do we link seemingly separate processes together?

Since the topic affects many of us, after the presentation we can discuss the appropriateness of the outlined solution in an interactive block.

🎁 20:15-20:30 Draw: GIFT ATLASSIAN DAY ticket. Following the tradition, we will once again draw an Atlassian Day ticket at the end of the meetup, for our anniversary, 5th conference.

This is what ADay 2019 was like: https://aday.news/AD19

👉 June 9-11, 2020 should be entered in your calendars now. :) And yes, the conference will now be 3 days long!

20:30 - Informal conversation, networking on site

Admission is free, and there will be food and drink due to the huge demand. :)

The number of places is limited, so please register in time!

The venue is Europe's largest disability-friendly community and cultural space, so all the money goes to a good place. :)
Please avoid open job advertisements and headhunting at the event. We also take pictures and videos at the meetup so that we can share the good atmosphere of the event with others. :) Obviously, we couldn't single out one person from this, so we consider your appearance to be acceptable for you as well.

We look forward to seeing you!
