Previously, she led marketing projects at META-INF, and now she specializes in finding optimal digitization solutions for the company's corporate clients which effectively support their business goals.
Her current exciting project is the Great Productivity Map research prepared by META-INF, looking for the answer to "How productive are Hungarian companies?".

Brigitta Bánhidi is an internationally recognized coach known for her solution-focused approach. Named the No. 1 coach on the Top 10 Coaches of Budapest 2023 list, she was also awarded ‘Coach of the Year’ in 2012 by ICF Hungary.
As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credentialed by the International Coach Federation (ICF), Brigitta combines deep expertise with a passion for fostering meaningful leadership. She is currently a PhD candidate researching effective leadership tools for hybrid work environments, with a special focus on leader-follower relationships and communication.
