You understand that deal registration does not guarantee exclusivity or success but serves to protect your interests as a reseller partner of META-INF. META-INF reserves the right to accept or reject any deal registration at its discretion.
- Registration and the registered account and opportunity are confidential information
- Only deals may be registered, not accounts
- Registration is valid for 30 days (one extension for an additional 30 days may be approved)
- Partner agrees to apply its sales and technical resources to the registered opportunity
- Partner agrees that it will not offer or propose competing offerings to META-INF solutions
