Notice of Amendments to the Terms of Use

At META-INF, transparency and clear communication with our clients are among our core principles. We want to ensure that changes to our legal documents are easily accessible and understandable to our clients.

Below is a brief summary of the changes:

The Terms of Use have been supplemented with a new definition of “Affiliate”. The definitions of “Authorized User” and “You” have also been amended.

Subject to the Terms of Use, any applicable Special Terms of Use, and the relevant licence, the amendments allow a client’s Affiliates and their Authorized Users to use META-INF Apps under the client’s licence.

The amendments will take effect on 29 October 2026.
