About the Section

Continuous improvement in enterprise operations is no longer optional. Every major initiative requires effective change management — its quality determines how adaptable, efficient, and ultimately successful an organization will be. Different departments — whether IT, HR, or Legal — respond to change in different ways, and colleagues used to working in Excel often find it difficult to embrace new digital tools.
