Joint Data Processing notice for training

META-INF Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság (registered seat: 1192 Budapest, Taksony utca 6. fszt. 1., Hungary, company registration number: 01-09-170431, tax number: 13024583-2-43, represented by: Attila Gáspár, managing director, hereinafter: “META -INF”) as organizer of trainings regarding products developed by Atlassian Pty and other related apps (hereinafter as: „Training”) falling under the scope of Act LXXVII of 2013 on adult education (“AE Act”) in cooperation with Training360 Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság (registered seat: 1117 Budapest, Budafoki út 56. A. ép., III. em., Hungary, company registration number: 01-09-970992, tax number 23150041-2-43, represented by: József Nyisztor managing director, hereinafter as: „Training360”) and Trinspire Informatikai Szolgáltató és Tanácsadó Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság (registered seat: 1138 Budapest, Madarász Viktor utca 47-49., Hungary, company registration number: 01-09-723584, tax number 13204699-2-41, represented by: Attila Gyúri managing director, hereinafter as: “Masterfield Training Center”) informs the participants (hereinafter as: „Participant”) of the Training as follows.

Shall Training360 or Masterfield Training Center cooperate with META-INF in organizing Trainings then META-INF, Training360 or Masterfield Training Center shall be considered as joint data controllers as described by Article 26 Section (1) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter as: “GDPR”).

In accordance with Article 26 Section (1) of the GDPR META-INF, Training360 and Masterfield Training Center concluded a separate agreement on joint data controlling that governs rules of dividing the obligations under the GDPR between the parties and the liability of the parties. In accordance with Article 26 Section (2) META-INF, Training360 and Masterfield Training Center provides the following information for the Participant about the essential content of the joint data controlling agreement.

The following personal data of the Participant is subject to the parties’ joint data controlling:

• first name and last name (Article 21 Section (1) Point aa) of the AE Act);
• birth name (Article 21 Section (1) Point aa) of the AE Act);
• place of birth (Article 21 Section (1) Point aa) of the AE Act);
• date of birth (Article 21 Section (1) Point aa) of the AE Act);
• mother’s maiden name (Article 21 Section (1) Point aa) of the AE Act);
• education ID (Article 21 Section (1) Point aa) of the AE Act)
• e-mail address (Article 21 Section (1) Point ab) of the AE Act);
• highest level of education, professional qualification or qualification (Article 21 Section (1) Point ac) and ba) of the AE Act);

or in the case of data related to the Training - if relevant for the organization thereof - the following data of the Participants in the training:

• foreign language skills (Article 21 Section (1) Point ba) of the AE Act);
• data related to entering, completing or, if not completed, quitting training (Article 21 Section (1) Point bb) of the AE Act);
• data related to evaluation and qualification during the training (Article 21 Section (1) Point bc) of the AE Act);
• data regarding payment obligation related to the training, data related to the use of a loan related to training (Article 21 Section (1) Point bd) of the AE Act);

Under the agreement between the parties Training360 or Masterfield Training Center shall acquire the above data from the Participant and be convinced that the legal ground for data processing exists.

Training360 or Masterfield Training Center shall forward the above data for META-INF.

The obligation prescribed by Article 15 Section (1) Point b) of the AE Act namely to forward the Participant’s above data for the state administration body for adult education is fulfilled by META-INF.

In connection with the processing of his / her personal data, the Participant shall exercise her rights prvided by Articles 15-20. of the GDPR aginst Training 360 or Masterfield Training Center, depending on which one of them is involved in organizing the Training, and the latter shall fulfill the obligations related to the exercising of the rights by the Participant.

Customer services request may also be fulfilled by Training 360 or Masterfield Training Center.

Parties inform the Participant that regardless of the above under Article 26 Section (3) of the GDPR the Participant may exercise his / her rights under GDPR against any of the parties.
